Originally from Colombia, Maria Fernanda moved to the U.S. in 2002 and graduated in Political Science in 2015, majoring in Business from Montclair State University. In 2020, she obtained a paralegal certificate. With over five years of experience in immigration law, she has handled cases involving humanitarian visas, family-based petitions, and business immigration. Her passion for immigration law stems from her own experience as an immigrant, which drives her to always strive for excellence and deliver optimal results in every case.
Debora Botbol
Debora obtained her Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She has worked at the Presidency of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court and at the Court of First Instance of the Judicial Circuit of Caracas. After moving to the U.S., he has specialized in immigration law, assisting in the preparation of EB-1A, EB-2/NIW, EB-5, E-2/E-1 and O-1A/B visas. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Debora combines her extensive legal knowledge with a strong background in legal research to tackle complex immigration cases.
